FAQ


1. DO YOU OFFER PICKUP?
- We do not offer pickup at this time.  For those that are local (St. Louis) shipping usually takes 1-3 business days.

2. WHO DO YOU SHIP THROUGH? HOW LONG IS SHIPPING ?
- We ship through USPS. Once your order is processed it will then ship out. Shipping usually takes 1-5 business days.

3. WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY PROCESSED? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
- Processing your order means that we are getting your order ready to ship. This does not mean that your order has shipped already. Custom orders usually take longer to process because they are handmade. Processing an order takes 2-5 days.

4. DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS? HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? 
- Your tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped. Please contact us if you don't receive your tracking number within 5 days of your order being shipped.

5. AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, but if you decide to cancel an order, please email us as soon as possible on our contact page. If a tracking number has been received via email your order cannot be canceled.
NOTE: We are not able to cancel orders after they are shipped and will not provide any refund or exchanges. Please review your order before checking out.

6. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
-ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your product is damaged or if there is an error on our part please contact us immediately and no later than 24 hours after the item is received so that we could resolve the issue.

7. DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNT CODES?
-Yes, discount codes are usually displayed at the top of our website. Also, loyal customers receive bigger discounts through mail.

8. I SEEN A PRODUCT ON THE WEBSITE BUT IT'S NOT THERE ANYMORE. WILL YOU  RESTOCK? 
-If you can't find an item on the website most likely we are sold out. Our products are unique and many of them will not restock in the same exact style but there will be something similar and maybe even better. 

9. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ITEMS?
- Yes, our custom items will be listed under CUSTOM ITEMS.
NOTE: After placing your order for a custom item you must email your pictures to us. If we have not received your pictures after 3 business days your order will be cancelled. PLEASE SEND HIGH RESOLUTION PHOTOS PLEASE.
